Mooching more than one book, specially if you're from overseas, is very much welcome and deeply appreciated, given high postage costs particularly when I'm sending to outside of the Philippines. I am currently backlogged in sending requested books. To those waiting for their mooches: I earnestly request for your patience as I go down my to-send list. To those who intend to mooch: Know that there will be a delay as I am still going down in my current to-send list. But rest assured that I intend to honor all mooches I accept. I've a sizable book collection, but I intend to eventually put a significant part of it in my inventory here. Most of my books are wrapped in plastic while they're on the shelves so dust and other allergens (like those from cigarette smoke puffed by my teen kids and some of their friends, or fur from a pet cat) won't hopefully get to them. While the books in my inventory consist largely of used books and books bought from bargain stores, their conditions are typically very good. But I'll try to put specific condition notes for each book, or I'll email you about it as soon as I get your mooch email. Looking for a Bookmooch charity to donate your points? If you reside in or near Quezon City, I'm open to just meeting up with you at an agreed venue to pass on my mooched books, as a way of cutting on postage costs. But no problem with me if you prefer getting it via courier. That goes as well of course for other local moochers beyond the outskirts of Quezon City. If you mooch a book weighing more than 1000g, I will have to ask that you mooch one more book to offset higher shipping costs for weightier packages. I send books within a week after you've mooched them. ATTENTION: INTERNATIONAL MOOCHERS
I send books via surface mail/seamail to afford sending as many books internationally as possible. The upshot is you might have to wait awhile for the books to get to you. I hope you understand, as all previous moochers have. I usually send books within a week after you mooch them. I will have to ask for a second mooch if you mooch a book weighing 400 to 1000g for me to offset higher shipping costs. If you mooch a book weighing more than 1000g, I will have to ask that you mooch two more books. That way, I won't have to shirk at all from sending them overseas, as the points I'll earn will help offset the much higher postage costs for weightier packages.
