Yep, it's as good as all the other reviews, here and Amazon say it is. Charming alt/history with a writing style that just flows. The author keeps close to the canon and the seduction scenes will have you laughing out loud, because they are charming without resorting to porn. Lead characters are great, but the secondary ones are just as charming. This moves quickly, but some of it is so well written you will want to savor this start to what may be a winning series. Oh, for those of you who like Amelia Peabody/Emerson and "Crocodile on the Sandbank" you will enjoy this one as the main female character is VERY Peabody like.
